• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
• Rapha Bucha is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
•  Rapha Bucha is not responsible for payment gateway failures beyond our control. 

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of kombucha, refunds or cancellations may not be available once an order is dispatched.
• In case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed as per our internal policy.
