Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rapha Bucha, we take pride in delivering freshly brewed, ready-to-drink kombucha to our customers in Bangalore. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy, outlined below.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.

Rapha Bucha reserves the right to refuse cancellations if the order processing has already begun.

Refund Policy

• Because kombucha is a perishable food product, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once the product is delivered.
• However, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund / Replacement

• Product received is damaged or leaking
• Incorrect product or flavor delivered
• Product is spoiled at the time of delivery (due to delivery-related issues)

Reporting an Issue

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide:
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Order ID / proof of purchase
• Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
• In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Delay due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer
• Improper storage after delivery (kombucha must be refrigerated)
• Overconsumption or personal taste preferences

Delivery Limitation

• Rapha Bucha currently delivers only within Bangalore.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details are not eligible for refunds.
